Ministry of EL&I

In September 2011 we have one on location at De Fabrique in Maarssen graffiti workshop provided for approximately 40 employees of the Ministry of EL&I. After the basic exercises have been completed, a theme is then worked out in subgroups on separate canvases, which are given a place within the company.
